Eligibility Criteria 

Nationality:

The candidate must be a citizen of India. Vacancies are state/ UT wise hence a candidate must submit domicile/ PRC against his state/ UT.

Educational Qualification:
The candidates must have passed Matriculation or the 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University.

Age Limit:

18-23 years as of 01.01.2023. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-01-2000 and later than 01-01-2005 in the normal course.

Age Relaxation:

Permissible relaxations in the upper age limit for different categories are as under:

• SC/ ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years

Note: Due to the unprecedented ‘Covid Pandemic’, it has been decided by the Government to grant three (03) years of age relaxation beyond the respective prescribed upper age limit for all categories of candidates as a one-time measure for this recruitment.

Payment Mode: BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

Selection Process

The candidates will be shortlisted for SSC GD Constable posts in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau. through the following stages-

Stage 1- Written examination (Computer Based)

Stage 2- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Stage 3- Physical Standard Test (PST)

Stage 4- Medical Test

After the medical test, the candidates shortlisted will have to appear for document verification.
