KUFOS Recruitment Eligibility details

1. A Pass in Standard VII or equivalent qualification
2. Must possess a current motor driving license to drive Light Motor Vehicles with Drivers Badge. Light Motor Vehicle driving License shall be at least 3 years standing.
3. The Drivers Badge has been exempted from driving light Motor vehicles from 12.10.2018
4. Medical fitness-Should be medically fit as per the standards, specified below:

• Ear-Hearing should be perfect.
• Eye-Distant vision-6/6 Snellen, Near Vision-0.5 Snellen, Colour vision- Normal, Night blindness: Nil
• Muscles and Joints-No paralysis and all joints must be capable of free movement.
• Nervous system-Perfectly normal and free from any infectious diseases

KUFOS Recruitment 2023 - Age Limit:

As per the Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies Recruitment Notification, the candidate should have a minimum age of 18 years and a maximum of 39 years, as on 01-01-2023.

How to apply for KUFOS Recruitment 2023:

Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline through the prescribed application format. The Applicant needs to send the application form along with relevant self-attested documents to the following Address on or before 17-Aug-2023.

General terms and conditions:-

1. The driving license shall be valid not only at the time of application but also at each stage of selection.
2. Proficiency in driving Light Duty Vehicle shall be proved by a practical test(including the “H” Test) conducted by the University. Only those who pass the “H” Test are eligible for Road Test.
3. Medical Fitness shall be proved by a proper Medical Certificate obtained from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon.
4. A Medical Certificate regarding eyesight from an Ophthalmologist in Government Service also will have to be produced.
5. Differently, abled persons are not eligible to apply for the post.
6. Interested persons should apply by post in the application form attached hereunder with photocopies of all supporting documents. The envelope should be super-scribed with the notification number and the post applied for.
7. Applications received without remittance of fees and not in the prescribed application form will be summarily rejected.
8. No other modes will be accepted
