Qualification :

• 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by the Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).

Note: (i) Candidates are to fill in marks of all subjects as mentioned in their mark sheet while filling out the online application. Incorrect or incomplete filling of marks in the online application will lead to cancellation of candidature.

ICG Navik Physical Fitness Test (PFT) & Medical Standards Test

• 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
• 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak)
• 10 Push-up.
• Height. Minimum height 157 cm.
• Chest. It should be well-proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms.
• Weight. Proportionate to height and age ±10 percentage acceptable.
• Hearing. Normal.

Age Limit :

• Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years. Candidates should be born between 01 Sep 2002 to 31 Aug 2006 (both dates inclusive) applying for the post of Navik (GD).

Salary Details :

• Basic pay of Rs.21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.

Selection Process :

Stage- I: Written Examination
Stage- II: Physical Fitness Test, Document verification, Initial medical examination.
Stage- III: Based on the performance in Stage I & Stage II, an all-India merit list will be prepared and will be called for Final Medical at INS Chillka.
Stage- IV : Submission of Original Documents.
