- Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication/Journalism, where editing is one of the Subject.At least 8 years experience in editing. producing planning and supervising publications especially School textbooks. monographs and reports In a responsible capacity.
- Age limit: Max- 40 years.
- Scale of Pay:PB- 3 of ₹15,600- 39,100 + GP ₹6,600 (Level- 11)
Assistant Editor – 1 Post
- Qualification: A Bachelor Degree from a recognized University.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Book Publishing/Mass Communication/Journalism, where editing is one of the Subject.At least 05 years experience in editing. producing planning and supervising publications especially School textbooks. monographs and reports In a responsible capacity.

- Qualification: Degree In Fine Art/ Applied Art/commercial art from a recognized Institution.

- Qualification: Degree from a recognized University.
- Having at least 03 years' experience in Sales and Sales Promotion in a reputed publishing organization.
- Age limit: Max- 30 years.
- Scale of Pay:PB-2 of ₹9300-34800 + GP ₹4200 (Level- 6).
- Qualification: A Bachelors degree either in Engish/Hindi/Urdu.Working Knowledge of Computer.
