Qualification for Kerala KSDMA Recruitment 2024: :
- M.Sc./M.Tech in Environmental Science/ Environmental Technology/ Environmental Engineering
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the conduct of SIA/EIA and familiarity with externally aided projects/World Bank aided projects
2. Procurement Specialist
- M.Tech Civil with 60% desirable; B.Tech Civil Engineering with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement management
3. Construction Specialist
- M.Tech Civil with 60% desirable; B.Tech Civil Engineering with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry is mandatory
4. Social Specialist
- MSW with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in social mobilization and development sector projects
5. External Engineering Specialist
- M.Tech Electrical Engineering with 60% desirable; B.Tech Electrical Engineering with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the power sector
6. External Engineering Specialist Multi-Tasking Officers (MTOs)
- M.Tech Electrical Engineering with 60% desirable; B.Tech Electrical Engineering with 60% mandatory
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the power sector
7. Finance Manager
- Bachelor's degree with at least 60%
- Experience: At least 2 years of office management experience in Government Sector/Departments
8. Accountant
- B.Com with 60% mandatory, proven knowledge in Tally
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Government Sector/Departments

- Environment Specialist: 25 – 40 years
- Procurement Specialist: 25 – 40 years
- Construction Specialist: 25 – 40 years
- Social Specialist: 25 – 40 years

Salary Details :
Those selected candidates for the post shall be eligible to receive the Salary of Rs.125000-175000/- Per Month by the board.
