• Housekeeping Service Associate

Essential Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management with prior Housekeeping experience, preferably from a hotel background.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking ability, prioritization skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Housekeeping Service Associate Job Profile: 

• As a Housekeeping Service Associate-MDC, your responsibilities will include: Managing and scheduling housekeeping activities at the Management Development Centre.
• Overseeing tasks like deep cleaning, mattress rotations, and ensuring impeccable premises.
• Maintaining inventory of guest supplies, linen, and housekeeping essentials.
• Establishing a service-oriented environment, promptly addressing customer needs.
• Handling guest inquiries, telephone calls, and general reception duties.
• Coordinating with various departments and external customers, ensuring seamless organization of meetings.
• Assisting in the reception of guests and dignitaries, offering a warm welcome and guidance.

Age Limit: 

• Maximum Age of 35 Years

Pay Scale:

• Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 20,300 (Inclusive of allowances)

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on written tests/personal interviews/medical tests/walk-in interviews. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Housekeeping Service Associate in IIM Kozhikode.
