• Life Guards: 02 (One Male and One Female)

Life Guard Vacancy Qualification

• SSLC or Equivalent

Desired Profile of the Candidate

• Swimming knowledge.
• A valid certificate in lifeguarding.
• Experiences in first aid and adequate training in other emergency rescues.At least 06 months experience as a professional lifeguard.
• Able to understand English/Hindi.
• Good physical condition and free from any health issues. Willing to work in odd hours and on holidays.
• Preference would be given to ex-Navy/ex-coast guards and professional/certified swimmers with the above qualifications and experiences.

Age Limit for Life Guard Vacancy 

• 25-50 years (with usual age relaxations to deserving categories as per government of India Rules)

• There is no application fee required for IIMK Recruitment

Pay Scale

• Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.18,000/ Telephone allowance of Rs.300/- per month

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on written tests/personal interviews/medical tests/walk-in interviews. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Life Guard in IIM Kozhikode.
