KSRTC Recruitment 2021 Educational Qualification Details


Manager (IT)

  • First Class B.Tech. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/MCA from a recognized University or Institute. Other branches of Engineering will be considered provided such candidates have requisite skills and experience in the field. 
Work Experience
  •  Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions (software development /network maintenance/data analysis/ hardware maintenance) in a large organization. At least 3 years should be in the level of Deputy Manager or above.
  • Preference will be given to those who have worked in the development and maintenance of Vehicle Tracking Systems, Passenger Information Systems, Electronic Ticketing Machines, Online Passenger Reservation Systems, etc.
Deputy Manager (IT) – Software Development
  • First Class MCA/B.Tech. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute. OR First Class B.Sc. degree in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent 
Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in software development in a large/reputed organization.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked in the development and maintenance of Vehicle Tracking Systems, Passenger Information Systems, Electronic Ticketing Machines, Online Passenger Reservation Systems, in projects related to the public transport systems, etc.

Manager (Accounts)
  • M.Com. (Regular) in Finance from a recognized University/Institute ORCA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) • Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in finalization of accounts of large Companies/Corporations.
Work Experience
• At least 3 years should be in the level of Deputy Manager or above.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked in Government /Public Sector Undertakings.

Deputy Manager (Accounts)

  • M.Com. (Regular) in Finance from a recognized University/Institute ORCA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in finalization of accounts of large Companies/Corporations.
Work Experience
• Preference will be given to those who have worked in Government/ Public Sector Undertakings.
• For in-house permanent employees, the terms and conditions will be decided later. There is no exemption in the recruitment procedure

Manager (Commercial)
  • MBA (Regular)/PGDM (Regular) in Marketing/ Logistics Management from a recognized University/institute Note Candidates with another degree/PG degrees with 10 years of relevant 
Work Experience

• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Management/ Sales Management in a large organization.
• At least 4 years of experience should be in the marketing of FMCG/PHRMA/office space, etc.

Deputy Manager (Commercial)
  • MBA (Regular)/PGDM (Regular) in Marketing/ Logistics Management from a recognized University/institute Note Candidates with another degree/PG degrees with 7 years of relevant experience may also apply 
Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Management/ Sales Management in a large organization.
• At least 2 years of experience should be in the marketing of FMCG/PHRMA/office space.

Deputy Manager (HR)
  • MBA (Regular)/PGDM (Regular) in Human Resource Management from a recognized University/Institute. 
Work Experience

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource Management in a large organization.
• Preference will be given to those who have worked in a senior position in Government/Public Sector Undertakings and are familiar with Government systems and procedures.

The onus of proving the conversion from grade/CGPA to percentage of marks would rest with the candidate.

➢ Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification. In the event of any information provided by the candidate being found false or incorrect at any stage, their candidature/appointment is liable to be canceled/terminated without any notice. KSRTC reserves the right to fill or not to fill the post advertised.

➢ Candidates will have to undergo a periodic performance evaluation every 6 months. Continuation of service will be subjected to the performance evaluation. Candidates should be willing to work overtime if needed.

➢ No TA/DA shall be paid for attending written test/group discussion/interview.

➢ The documents in original have to be produced at the time of document verification for those candidates called for interview.

KSRTC - INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION

  1. Admittance to all stages of the recruitment will be provisional only. Detailed scrutiny of the applications/credentials will be conducted before the interview/appointment. Any discrepancy found in the application during the detailed scrutiny, at any stage of the recruitment process, will result in the rejection of candidature.
  2. Candidates are required to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria as specified in the notification published on the website of the Centre for Management Development(https://www.cmdkerala.net/) before submitting the application.
  3. Candidates are required to submit applications via ONLINE mode only accessing the website of Centre for Management Development(https://www.cmdkerala.net/)
  4. Candidates will have to upload their passport size photograph (taken within six months) and signature while submitting the application. The photograph and signature must be in JPEG format. The size of the photograph must be less than 200 kb and the size of the signature should be less than 50 kb. The copies of certificates shall be either in JPEG format or in PDF format and shall not exceed 3MB in size
  5. Candidates must enter the mobile number and email address with utmost care as all further intimations will be made either via mobile number or via email.
  6. If a situation arises where a relatively large number of candidates have qualified, then a preliminary assessment and screening of the applications will be done.
